I went to get a washer a dryer that was supposed to be "refurbished" and "works just like it should" just to buy them and take them home to get 3 washes out if them! The washer was leaking a giant puddle all over the floor and the dryer worked when it wanted to. I took them back to get "fixed" and they said there's nothing wrong with it but you can only wash your clothes on a low setting? THEN THERES SOMETHING WRONG. I had to go in and talk to the manager who then said he will find what's wrong with them and fix them. I call a couple days later to see how it's going and they say 3 of the springs are rusted and broke (shouldn't of been sold to me that way anyway) 2 months later and they're still not fixed. Very unhelpful!! Unwilling to try and help someone with a problem without charging outrageous amounts of money for little to no amount of work. Company is completely out for themselves. Horrible customer service and business practices. Tired to have a conversation about a problem and the person I got to talk to talked over me the whole time and insisted that it was not their fault and refused to see what was wrong with their actions.
