I have a leak in my living room. They responded quickly & said it was the toilet seal. The next day when they arrived to replace it, they seemed rushed. They needed a bath or beach towel for the overflow water. I’ve since learned most plumbers completely drain the toilet before moving it. I had to throw away my towel. They also left all their trash. They cut off the toilet caps & told me I could go to Lowe’s to buy new ones. I think they should’ve replaced them. The leak was slow before they changed the seal. When they were finished, it was dripping much faster. They told me it was residual water & should stop. It hasn’t. They didn’t want to recheck seal, just wanted to cut my ceiling. They are reasonably priced, but they aren’t very good. Every time I called, they seemed rushed to get off the phone. It was a business, not residential, and he did not bang us over the head with exasperating charges... it was MORE than reasonable. Most places will take forever to come out when called with an emergency he told us an hour and was here in less than that.... the problem was even worese than we all thought originally and he had to come back twice and took care of us like we were family.
