Ordered a 6 pc living room set. Ordered on Jan. 11 2019 and payed through Feb 2. Had to wait 5 days for delivery, only to receive 1 of the 6 pieces. Called and spoke with Candace who was supposed to call me back by 3pm... it's now 5:40 pm and no call or no clue when they will feel like doing their job and getting the other 5 pieces to me.... so my items are Lord knows where yet they were payed for ME to have them.... meanwhile, after calling the day after I ordered to confirm with the Manager Kaliesha that it IS a 6 piece set, I put the coffee and end tables I had for sale on Letgo. Now, because that is 3 of the 5 pieces they did not bother to bring, I am out another $50 for the sale as Im going to need to still use them for who knows how long... poor customer service, poor communication among employees. I am now looking into sets at Aarons as I have 2 dental surgeries and a few Medical appts already sceduled this month and Feb. and already had to be home for their 2 hour delivery window today... This is RIDICULOUS and not ok as RENTING FURNITURE ETC IS WHAT THEY DO....
received a call from 1 of the men who delivered the sofa (Sam). He brought the 2 lamps that go with the set AFTER WORK, ON HIS OWN TIME. That was VERY kind of him ! He and the other delivery man (cannot think of his name) were great when they delivered the sofa too ! Both kind, friendly, and did make the store aware of the issue of the missing pieces today during delivery of the sofa.

I just called them for help with a short term rental of a laptop. To me, it was urgent, as the one I had suddenly malfunctioned. Being that I am taking two classes, I called them immediately. It was the most horrible customer service experience I've ever dealt with. They put me on several 10-15 minute holds and never came back. They also ignored my calls if I called back. Also the agent promised to call back! --Nothing!!! --Maybe it's personal or something negative tagged to my name??? I don't know. --But I will not be mistreated. No one deserves poor customer treatment on that tier. That was horrible and to the person who ended the last call with "Ok, hun " when I called to cancel my inquiry, I am no one's hun and y'all must do better with professionalism. That was embarrassing and upsetting. Behavior like that causes businesses to close down. Customers have real power. I will never do another contract....

Then posted all rent a center hanging postcards because I owed the 40 dollars not to mention they out flyer in my neighbor car. So I call yesterday to pay 65 dollars n they tell me they need 153. Mind you 153 is my final payment. Told Sam I didnāt have it n he said that what they needed. Smh. I would never deal with this company again never. Customer service suck their unprofessional. Communication bad, organization is off. Their interest on renting is high. I compare to Aaron n rent a center is much higher . N not to mention they sent a letter to repo my tv stand after I started with a balance of 800 n now I owe my 153 to be done...
