Hello Jasmine, hope you've been well. I would just like to quickly comment on the experience me and my mother had. I understand that this problem has happened some time ago but it is still valid no matter the time that has passed. I’ve never commented on the situation due to the fact that I was a child and you were an adult and I thought you were very kind and throughout the dress making process. However, my mother Shawnda* (you called her shawnta) was not satisfied with how the situation was handled. The material wasn’t the best to put it lightly and it tore after putting it on I hadn’t even made it to my prom lineup or prom! So for you to tell my mom “she still wore the dress to prom” is ridiculous because my dress literally tore prom day when I was preparing to leave. I don’t know if you supposed I should have missed my prom but that’s irrational. There was no way you would’ve been able to have been notified prior to prom day. So once the dress tore you were notified immediately and a review was left after that situation. So yes I did still attend my prom and only for 30 minutes due to my material continuous literally tearing and was very noticeable. My dress was way too tight around my legs and again you weren’t notified at my fitting because it was realized PROM DAY when I couldn’t even get inside the car I had for prom or drive. My review is based solely off the fact that I feel like each time my mom commented on the subject you were “nice nasty” 😬. Constructive criticism should always be welcome when running a business. Jasmine is extremely talented and does such a fantastic job! I drove pass her shop one day and saw how beautiful the dresses were in the window. Come to find she not only does alterations, but is a designer too. If I would have found her sooner, I could have had her help with a wedding look, because I know it would have been phenomenal but I was able to have her alter my wedding dress for my big day! I had a pair of slacks and a skirt taken in. She took my measurements and was very welcoming and friendly when I walked in the door. It's been a couple of weeks since I picked them up and I'm just now wearing them. All I can say is wow! She did a phenomenal job and they fit perfectly!
