Kulture Ultra Lounge — Restaurant in Cleveland Heights

first time coming to this lounge, i can say that it is nicely decorated inside and the people who were just enjoying a drink/food seem to be minding their business w/ no drama. my waitress was very nice and helpful . it wasn’t overly crowded which is a great thing for me. the selection of liquors they have are cool, but they are missing sliced oranges. i asked the bar maid to surprise me w/ a tequila and my glass had a funny flavor to it but i think it was from washing it and not rinsing good, at least i know the glasses do get washed. i had the crab cakes w/ fries. you get two dime sized crab cake w/ a salad (arugula), they wasn’t bad. my date had steak and shrimp. the steak had tasted like hamburger lol but it wasn’t nasty just didn’t have the steak flavoring. i would come back here to...

I order the shrimp dinner for pick up . I order off Uber Eats originally ordering from Harvard Wine & Grill, but apparently Uber eats routed my order to Kulture which is super annoying because if I wanted to order from here I would have. So be very careful and verify the address. Not sure if they are own by the same people , but I can say the shrimp dinner was a huge disappointment. The fries were decent , but the shrimp was fried but the batter was not cooked all the way so it was super doughy… super disappointing. I won’t be back here which is unfortunate because I thought that if it worked out this spot is much closer than Harvard Wine and Grill , but it was a huge fail . I will be going back to Harvard...

One of us ordered flatbread pizza and one of us ordered shrimp and grits,there was nothing but 2 other customers in the place,we ordered drinks as well,it took,over,25 minutes for Shrimp and Grits,My Flatbread came out 20 minutes after the shrimp and grits,we ordered at the same time,all this place focused on is door dash and Uber Eats,what about the customers sitting in your establishment ordering drinks waiting on food,as a business owner of multiple businesses,it makes no sense to me, how our food came out 20 minutes apart,then the 2 bar tenders got a million excuses as to what, when and how,I wasn't happy,and the shrimp and giant portions for $24 is a kid size,the place is over...
