I booked for a full set freestyle and toe polish for my birthday and I was completely disappointed. When booking I selected four design toes. All my toes were the same! Black with gold flakes. I did express to her I did not like it. She told me she “got me” if I decide to come back because it seem like she was rushing for the next client. Before my bday, which was two days later my rhinestones had already started falling off. 5 days later one nail came completely off. I did reach out and she did tell me I could come the next day but when confirming the time she stopped responding. I just moved here from Texas and have been looking for a good nail artist. I booked for a short acrylic set via the booking app Natalia offers. I showed up at right on time and no one was there. Natalia's schedule was packed for the holidays, but she squeezed my cousin and I in nonetheless. We both came with photos - I wanted a gel manicure with leopard print, and my cousin wanted acrylic nails with pink and orange tips. Natalia accommodated both expertly and with a steady hand.
