Probably one of the worst experiences' husband and I have ever had. We placed our order online, they texted us our order was ready and still had to wait 10 minutes. My husband went in and when he got back to the car he was talking about how the employee was being so nice to a customer. Gave him and his a wife a complimentary soda. We thought it was going to be a great experience. When we get home and get ready to chow down we realize our order was incorrect. My husband called immediately and the woman on the phone was beyond rude about it. The sauces we ordered were all incorrect. She told us to bring the order back up and they will make us new wings. We’re in the middle of a pandemic.. While on the way there we get a phone call from the manager asking us to open the boxes and said they put 10 wings in a box with two flavors. Made my husband pull his car over to look. And of course, they were wrong. When he got back to the restaurant no one even wanted to talk to him knowing he was coming. The woman came up and had the worst attitude. She told him that’s she watched the cooks shake wings and pack up the boxes and that everything in the bag was correct. When once again, she was wrong. They didn’t include the loaded fries we ordered. We weren’t just going to eat the ones that were sitting for a half hour and she told us to bring our whole order back. Not to mention that there was barely any sauce on the wings. Ranch, blue cheese forgotten. The customer service was awful! We will not return! How can someone be so nice to someone because they wait longer than expected than so rude to customer when the cooks messed up the wings. Read moreI saw this place as I was driving down the road and decided to give it a try because I am a lover of soul food. I arrived at the location. When I entered, I was not greeted by staff. There was one male behind the counter and a woman (both staff). They took my order and informed me to wait for 15 minutes to receive my food. I ordered the 6 piece wing dinner with my sides of yams and collard greens. After 15 minutes I went to grab my food. I was not told to have a good day or anything, just handed the bag. As I was walking to my car, I noticed my bag felt light. I looked inside to see the smallest wings of my life. The wings were smaller than the normal wing dings that most people get from any restaurant. The one positive was that the sauce (I chose their golden sauce) was good, however I couldn't really savor it on my tiny wings. The greens were average. The yams weren't bad, but I felt like they could use some brown sugar (could just be my preference). What disappointed me the most was the entire meal. I paid 13.50 for this "dinner" and I'm not full in the slightest. I don't even think any child would get full when you only truly get a bite or two of meat per wing. And, not that I think it would make it better, but at least if you knew your wings would be so small, they could have at least doubled the portions for sides to make up for it.

However, there's one thing about customer service that this place can work on. It's not all, just one particular employee. I placed a large order. She read everything off my order before I paid. I specifically asked do you have me for the polish boy. It was the last item I ordered. She responded, yes I got it. However, she did not write it down. Paid for my food, i believe she over charged me, 30/45m later, I get 2 bags. Checked my order. 2 items were missing. Went back to the counter and explained what was missing, the older lady who took my ordered stated I CAN'T MAKE IT. I HAVE TO MANY ORDERS NOW. She looked at her receipt, she said I didn't charge you for it but I'll give it to you anyway. And this was the same item I asked her about before cashing out. She appeared overwhelmed and then her whole attitude changed life it was my fault that item wasn't in the bag. She replaced 1 of the 2 missing items and said to us, IN NOT MAKING THE POLISH BOY, YALL DIDN'T GET CHARGED FOR IT ANYWAY and walked off.
