My 10 year old grandson, who is in the hospital fighting cancer wanted KFC for dinner on 8/24/22 so like a good grandma I order him original recipe chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac n cheese. I also ordered food for his parents that are stuck in the hospital with him. I order it on the app from the S. Euclid KFC since it's on the way to the hospital. The app told me the order would be ready in 30 minutes. I went to pick it up and since all the doors are locked, I pulled up to the window. The young man informed me I needed to drive back to the speaker and tell them I'm there. So, I dutifully pull back around to the speaker and tell him I'm there for my quick pick up and give him my name. I am then instructed to pull up to the window (so I'm back at the window I started at less than 60 seconds before). The same young man asks me again for my name. I give it to him and he informs me the order isn't ready and the Mac n cheese would be another 30 minutes. They asked if id like to substitute fries instead, so I tell them yes. They ask me to pull up and theyll bring the order out. It still took 15 more minutes to get the food. I was missing 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, drinks and sauce. The fries were cold (of course I tried them). This is only the second time I've been to this KFC - the first time was a few months back snd also for my grandson. That order also took a very long time to get to me and was missing items. If you want chicken, you would be better off going...
Read moreI don't recommend this location for online ordering and pickup or walking in and ordering. I placed an online order at 3:50 pm. The app said it would be ready at 4:10 pm. I arrived and all mobile orders were being held behind the counter, not on the pickup shelf. I had to wait 10 minutes in line to talk to someone. I told the person I had ordered on the app. They went over to the mobile order bags and then told me that none were labeled. I told the person what I had, but they walked away. I waited another 15 minutes for another person to ask if I could be helped. Mind you, I was first person standing in line in front of the cash register during this time. I told the same information. This person went over and go the largest bag and gave it to me. I asked if that was everything and they said yes. I got home and two items were missing and probably in a second bag. I've had problems with multiple KFC locations across the Cleveland area. I know that everything is still messed up after the pandemic. If you can't hire enough people to work or train them or pay them enough to care just a little bit, then close that location. It's better not to have a location than to have one that offering less than...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star, I would. I just went in today and the drive-thru was down. I walked in and the line was about 5 orders long but I figured it was worth the wait because typically fast food is, well fast.. I was very wrong. The boy at the counter was absolutely horrible at customer service and was extremely slow. He didn't smile even once the whole 30 mins I waited in line and never said anything polite or welcome at all. The manager is truly the one to blaim though because she should have jumped on a register when she had to approach a customer and saw the length of the line. Not only did she not do that, she was also not very polite to the lady she was speaking to and didn't smile either. In that time I waited, they had four customers leave! I can only imagine how badly their profits are affected due to poor service and wait times. I believe they need new management and lessons on customer service. It is the most important thing when it comes to any service provided. I will...
