I had a lottery ticket scratch off that redeemed here, the ticket was a winning ticket for $20, the man gave me $10, I challenged him and explained the rules of the game and showed him that the game paid $20, he said that when he scanned it, it was only a $10 winner, he refused to listen and disregarded what I had told him, then I asked him to rescan it and he told me that the transaction was complete and it was cashed out. Be careful people if you go there to cash out any winning ticket! From now on I will take a picture of my ticket beforehand. I will also be reporting my experience to the Ohio...
