First, I want to say I absolutely LOVE PlayPalz not only is this a FUN place to let your wittle ones play their hearts out!! Kyle and his wife Courtney are the sweetest people you’ll EVER meet. I mean phenomenal customer service and their hearts are all the way in for caring about their customers and the children! I had a party planned for my wittle girl back in December and unfortunately was unable to continue through, but that’s not it Kyle worked with me and gave me some months to reschedule the private party and I mean not once was Kyle, Courtney (his wife) nor staff was irritated, rude or frustrated with me for having to cancel in December and then back and forth talking over a few months period to try and get the birthday party reschedule! But needless to say FINALLY my wittle miracle baby did have her 7th birthday party at PlayPalz! I have to say having a private party was the BOMB!!! It was just our guest, plenty of time to play, they took care of the decorations AND setting it up as well, on top of you get Papa John’s pizza (the BEST), drinks and the staffs help throughout the ENTIRE party I mean SERIOUSLY PlayPalz in Cleveland, TN is the GREATEST place to throw a party or just bring your wittle ones to enjoy some fun and memories in the making of life! I 100% recommend PlayPalz and remember everyone who works here is the most precious people! You won’t regret it!!! & Just a tip, having a membership is the way to go! This place is amazing! So clean, so well put together, so “free” and easy to navigate. My only issue is that I don’t appreciate that children older than 4 are allowed to enter and wreak havoc in the 4 and under portion. I think the employees should monitor it better since it’s right next to their desk because clearly the parents of these children do not and a lot of kids are out of control and incredibly inconsiderate of smaller children. Other than that, the place is great and any time kids were being stupid (climbing up slides, throwing balls out of the pits, shoving smaller kids, etc.) I just took it upon myself to correct them. I don’t want to “ding” their stars for these issues because I mainly think this is a parenting issue and it would be annoying if someone was over policing the place. For example, a girl that was no younger than 7 kept climbing up the 4 and under slide and when I told her to stop because she was going to hurt a smaller child, she ignored me the first time and then I said it again and she listened… Right up until her grandmother came up and she began doing it again and her grandmother did nothing to correct her behavior. I knew it would turn into a weird, entitled argument with a Karen so I just monitored my small child near her and brushed it off. All the negative reviews on here (only a few) are from people who are down right ignorant, entitled, or just unable to read the rules and...

Private Party Review: We had a private party in January 2025 that was booked in October 2024. Our experience booking the party was super easy and our many, many questions were answered with respect (and in detail). We worked with a few different staff members but they all were well informed on the party so we anytime we called someone was able to help us. Our party was an after hour party for 75 people, 6pm-9pm. We showed up at 6pm and the team as AMAZING and quick setting up the space. I wish they would give you more than 15 min to set up, it was stressful getting out decor and goody bags for 75 people in only 10 min (the check in took about 5 min with our kids and getting our shoes off/ unpacking).

The space is huge and fit all 30 kids & 40 adults comfortably. They ordered pizza AND picked up whatever extra we ordered from papa John’s and set it up.

Durning the party the team was readily available to grab extra plates/ help with incidents throughout the whole night.

After the party the team (with the kindest smile on their face) told us “we’re going to take care of the clean up”. It was so amazing having to just worry about taking your presents and heading home.
