Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Cleveland

Me and my girlfriend and her kid went to have Mr Hero last night and I got a Roman Burger like I always do with no lettuce and fries with cheese sauce and my stomach has not felt right since. Fast forward to about 8 hours later and I have been in the bathroom with non-stop diarrhea literally using the bathroom like every 5 minutes... something was not right with their food and I know it came from them. And this is not the first time I've had food from this location that wasn't any good, the last time I had food from them I told them no lettuce on my Roman Burger and they put lettuce on there and they also had the nastiest wafer fries ever, you could tell the grease and not been changed in a while. I would not recommend anybody eating at this location, and I like Mr Hero, but I will never eat at this location again. Website sucks (I know it's not the fault of this location, but they should say something to the franchisor). Big party, $100. Online ordering only takes maximum $50 order (but it doesn't say that, you have to keep deleting things until you fall below some rando dollar amount). Also, I needed five large fries. you can't increase amount. You have to keep adding, one by one, fries. Finally the place is like a mad house, employees yelling at each other about orders, a half dozen customers standing around in tiny space waiting for their orders. I was told my order was ready. They gave me a tiny bag, for a $100 order. I said I felt like that was too tiny a bag for $100. Finally they took forever explaining to me what happened. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband spent $60 on food for 2 LARGE Chicken Bacon Ranch combos with cheese cups and fries and 1 CBR small combo with fries and cheese and drinks. I understand everyone has been impacted by inflation but they served these sorry looking sandwiches. I’ve NEVER had this horrible of a sandwich from Mr. Hero in my life! This is absurd and absolutely despicable for any restraint or establishment to serve! My husband and I both have worked in the food industry for over a decade and never have I seen such horrible service and food in my life. I truly hope they do better for people in the further but I’ll NEVER come back! All sandwiches...
