Burger King — Restaurant in Cleveland

So guys, you know, I’m about to tell you the truth about these Burger King OK you know when you’re going to Burger King you gotta make sure you ask for your food freshly cooked so that way you’ll be hot. That’s everybody knows that but when you go to a fast food restaurant , you might not experience great customer service I have been to the one on Clark and the one on Madison and those two they had awesome people. Taking care of me. There was a Skyler who is at the front desk in the Ryan who cooked my food today everybody was was very respectful and in a great mood things you don’t get no more and you know you see these young people working jobs and stuff and they don’t have no respect, but these two places I want to. I’ve never had a problem. Food’s always good as long as you ask for fresh cause you know how fast food can be you gonna get it fresh but the extra added customer service good customer service you can’t find that anywhere and I’m all about the customer service so you go show them some love go spend money at those two cause they really know what they doing and don’t forget to ask for extra napkins they...

UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW!!! Stopped here 4 years later, to grab a quick bite to eat.... WELL, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! IF ANYTHING IT'S PROBABLY WORSE!!! We ordered a few sandwiches and they had so much mayo on them that it looked like gravy on mashed potatoes!! People who work in fast food should be making the food as if they are going to eat it! How hard is it to get quality food, PURE LAZINESS!! NEVER GO TO THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU WANT SALMONELLA POISONING!!! This Burger King is always slow and it NEVER fails..... Every time we go to this location, no matter what time of day, for the most part in the evenings... their shake machine is down!!!! Meranda was the name of the person on my receipt that was working this evening and when I asked her when does the shake machine ever work, she just looked at me stupidly with no reply. If your gonna have something on the menu and can't or won't serve it, take it off the menu!!!! If I could give this store zero...

I don't often eat inside of fast food restaurants, but our child (4) needed the restroom. Of course, the bathrooms were closed to the public. I tried to order Dr. Pepper and they only had 3 or 4 drinks available in their machine, telling me they were out of pretty much everything. It looked like there were only two people working, 1 in the back and the gentleman that took my order (it was not busy, even at the drive-thru). The gentleman at the front was not particularly unfriendly, but definitely not the most welcoming. The fries were hot when we got them, but tasted off, like they had been reheated. There was one person in there when we walked in, he was waiting for his food, got it, and left. We ate there and were the only ones inside. The TV was way too loud, and the floors needed sweeping.
