Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

Terrible service,unprofessional, the employees talk on there personal cellphones while customers wait in the front of the counter with no orders being taken. I had to actually ask after waiting for some one to take my order over 5 mins if there was a cashier or someone who would assist me. The Male employee had a horrible attitude because I asked this and when he was in the back in the kitchen on his cellphone texting. He said again it would be a moment, waited another 3 to 4 mins for him to finish his call,then when I asked for cheesy bread I also asked if I coud see it,there pizza and anything that's hot and ready can sit there for hours and they will not toss it.They still sale the old pizza or cheesy bread. He immediately went on defense and said I can just make you a fresh one with the worse attitude , so after waiting all this time,me and my son end up with nothing. I was afraid he would spit on it and unfortunately I'm not bilingual and he was speaking in I believe spanish,so I said nevermind and then left before anything went further,what a terrible place and the employees as well,I know it's cheap but customers still should be treated with respect and shown some courtesy ,I'm gonna make sure no one I know goes to little...

Awful. Awful. So rude and discrinative. They refuse to serve people with food allergies. Nothing can be made with out tomato sauce and managers dont exist according to this location. I was cussed at, eyes were rolled at me. I was blantlany refused a total refund for hot and ready busy that was suppose to made fresh. No they refuse we waited 30 mins for nothing to be given the rudest attitude and given old cold pizza that had been sitting for 10 mins on the counter. So beyond disgusted. Straight trash of a. Location. Never been denied a special order for an allergy before in my life. This is a sad sad sad location. I wish i could...

Sad to even give this place a one star.. It's so ghetto here they all speak Spanish as soon as a non Spanish speaking person walks in. When you go to place a order they act like they don't understand you. When you do get your order it's most definitely wrong and/or missing items. Don't try calling to report it cause they just let the phone ring. If they do answer they tell you and I quote "we can't send your missing food nor can we refund your money you have to go to the app to do that"! Exactly on 3/11/2022 at 2:00pm.
