I know it's free bur food bank was a waste of time,bus money and food. Once a month are you kidding me???? Got 2 bags of onions that were sprouting don't need and can't use they put in 4 teeny tiny loose potatoes. Freezer burnt chicken. Sardines/ and trail mix (i have allergies can't eat). A can of corn green beans and peas so basically nothing I can use. I was extremely in need of some thing to eat! I tried to talk to the man giving the food out and he was very rude. I have "Severe health issues" and recently lost my job.i feel bad for others who have kids or need the help...sorry but once a month. Some one else could have used the food I could not use. WHY WAS I given two bags of onions!!!👎👎 Also there are tons of homeless people in the area who use food banks. So the people distributing food should also acknowledge they can't cook. This is the worst one I ever been to and in such a poor area of Cleveland where people need help and resources. If the organization wants to help then they should acknowledge peoples individual needs. I tried to speak with the man giving it out and was trying to tell him I have a husband and a son he did not care at all....

So I came to the pantry food bank cause of course it's free yesss I got lots of food at home always did always do but there's nothing wrong with more ..so on January 11,2023i went to the food bank at freindly inn and I give them my state id and all my kids minor medical cards as well they put it in the system and they give it back too me and then they told me I was gone get 4 bags and one box I have a family or five Ms cuttingham give me only one small box and one bag I took a picture of it thank God it's not a family of five at all Ms cuttingham do not pack the bags right she played me she was supposed to give me what a family of five supposed to get but she did not so now I know what she do to poeple she is not going against the guidelines at all she give the poeple what she want them to have I'm tried of this this has to stop so I will be taking and doing other real law action against her cause this is not right at all somebody gotta do something about it so I am period ..the food is free it's not coming out her pocket at all the food is for the...

I went in for help today because of the shutdown. The older lady that checks you in treated me horrible. She talked to me like I was nothing and did so in front of a bunch of people. Now I'm no Saint but I know how to treat people. I held my composure and gave her the respect that I would give any other elder but I would starve before I go here again and be treated this way. I would advise you to go someplace else, especially if you are already going through a tough time. This is the time we all need to stick together.
