This place is excellent for getting pretty much anything you need done custom. I would not recommend it simply for the poor customer service I got. First, I put down a deposit for a simple 5 inch Chenille Letter. Said order was lost, had to call twice and still never got a call back. Finally got in touch with someone via email. Got back to me in a timely manner but did not confirm my order. Got the order back some what fast but only after it sat lost for 2 weeks. if I would had not inquired about it, it would most likely not even been designed and put together. Picked up the order was a damn fine job, but super strange counter guy that creeped me out. Did not even bother to greet me as a customer when I picked up the order. My advice...Order online some place else and you will get your stuff...

Went in to purchase my son his schools varsity jacket. As we were discussing the things he’s involved in a woman who i now know is the owner said to me “we will call the school to verify” as if i had been lying about his involvement in multiple sports. I’ve heard that this is threatened often with customers and that’s unfortunate. To pay 300+ for a jacket and get random sports stitched on is crazy.
