Horrible ! I PERSONALLY feel that they were prejudiced against my husband and I (African Americans). Basically soon as we walk in I noticed that they put their heads down and never looked us in our faces while conversing with us. They were standoffish as we continued to ask them questions opposed to when we called them on the cellphone, the employee seemed ecstatic to receive the system! Also when he conversed on the phone with my husband he told him he'd give him about $80 for it but when we asked them in stores they said $20 . Now why would we give them and XBOX 1 for $20... just because we didn't have the controllers with us which we were able to go back home and get . I'm not sure if they were in a pissy mood because we came a whole hour before they were closing or what but they did not seem to act this way to other customers in the store... I feel like they make prices off the top of their head and probably change them every time they feel like it and based off of how they're feeling that day or how they feel about a person. I understand that not ever system is the same so prices my vary but that was one hell of a price difference from over the phone to in person. So good luck to all who care about and need/expect good money for their exchanges because they couldn't care less honestly(which was the type of attitude they gave off to us the whole time). Oh yeah and they laughed at us in our faces, when we expected more than $20 like we were fools and that was just so unprofessional. They could've given us more history on why the price difference was so significant or where we could get a better exchange...
