I visited Harmony Bowling on 10/27/2018 with 6 of my friends for my BIRTHDAY. I was excited to bring my friends there with me because Iâd been there and I knew we would have a great time and experience. Well I was COMPLETELY wrong! We made it there about an hr and a half before closing and decided we would bowl one game. It was so many of us that we had to be broken up into two separate lanes which was fine. One Lane had no problems but on the other lane which I happen to be bowling on it was horrible! EVERYTIME one of us bowled the pins would get stuck and an associate would have to go to the back to unstick them so that we were able to continue. By the time we were halfway through the game my friends on the lane beside us were done playing. We were all so frustrated that we decided we would just request a refund for the lane we were on since we couldnât enjoy our game due to it continuing to malfunction. I went to the counter and explained what happened and asked for a refund and was told by the associate she couldnât give me a refund. I asked why and she said, âShe didnât know but she canât. â I said no problem and asked for a manager. I explained to the manager as well and was told she couldnât give me a refund because I was âlyingâ. I told her to ask the associate what had gone on with the lane which she did. After the associate told her that they DID have to keep fixing the lane she still REFUSED to refund our money and showed no concern about the issue at all. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE. Customer service is extremely important in ANY business and I can truly say this was one of the poorest displays of customer service I have EVER experienced.    Read moreWent over the weekend with some family that was visiting from a different state. We had two lanes to ourselves. The people beside us were standing up the whole time in front of the lanes and they kept bowling in our lane. We tried to talk to them, and talk to the employees and nothing was done. Our time said that we bowled 30 minutes but most of that was taken up because their kids kept bowling in our lane. We were so fed up that we decided to ask for a refund and were informed that they donât do refunds. The only thing that they could do was give us more time to bowl or some kind of voucher for money off the next time we come (which doesnât matter to us because we had family from out of state that barely visit and wouldnât be able to use it) we didnât want to accept the extra time because that would only give the people beside us more time to bowl on our lane!! There were more lanes open so I donât understand why they couldnât move us to a different lane. Paid for an hour of bowling each time.
Every lane starts jacking up and needs pin resetting many times during bowling, and then the countdown never stops while the lanes are stuck.
So in essence, you pay for an hour of bowling, but really get half that time to bowl, because the clock starts as soon as you pay, even before you actually walk over to the assigned lane.
And it does not stop when the pins need resetting, which happens 5 or 6 times throughout that 1 hour that you pay for!
