Clerks and staff were super nice and helpful but in the tech department the people in charge are never to be found, and once the guy shows up who manages the tech department its this creepy dude that asks personal information and often refuses to sell items simply cause âhe doesnt recommend themâ even if its a specific item you are searching for. Last year he followed me around the store after trying to purchase a ps5 and i ended up leaving due to the discomfort- the next day when i returned with family to accompany me he refused to assist, as if to âpunishâ the client for being uncomfortable. **This time i returned a year later thinking he might no longer work there- he did. He didnt recognize me and this time i was prepared to answer the personal questions to avoid the stalking behavior, but i noticed he is wearing the META rayban glasses which take photos and record while he works in store. Given his past behaviors i find this incredibly upsetting and hard to control in terms of being filmed/recorded as a costumer and i dont mean recorded for safety, im saying i feel like i mightve been recorded without my permission and it is hard to prove or notice whether he did. ** I believe target should seriously look into this and at least not allow staff to record clients especially without permission and in instances where the client is simply shopping and not argumentative...
Read moreI just left the 117th target, after having my time wasted. I purchased deodorant and received my receipt, only to find that my items hadn't been discounted by 50% (which is what was listed on the sale ticket directly under the items I had purchased). Before going to customer service I went back to the aisle, double checked the sale, and even took a photo.
"Sale! Old Spice body wash and deodorants 50% off As signed, Lowest priced item will be discounted. Quantities limited; no rain checks. Old Spice Wilderness Deo"
That is verbatim from the sale ticket. So I figured it was just an error in the system. I went to customer service and explained the situation, only to be told that the 50% off is only upon purchasing the body wash. Though that's not what the ticket is advertising. At no point does it say [this item] is 50% off, upon purchasing old spice body wash. Nor does it say buy one item, get the other 50% off. So either they're being intentionally deceptive, or unintentionally doltish. Either way, the experience was rather unsatisfactory.
The only enjoyable aspect was the store clerk who cashed me out. This person had to go by the sale as it was listed on the back end but, they were still very pleasant to talk to (I imagine this was despite...
Read moreThe store organized I give them that and just that. The employees on returns are incompetent and have an nasty attitude when proven incorrect.
I wanted to return my wireless Powerbeats Pro. Note: I have my receipt, all of the contents of the box that came with the earphones, and it was barely used in the 15 days of my possession.
They couldnât correctly identify the serial number the first or second time. They had me call the Apple/ Beats and they told me the serial number is not on the earpieces thatâs why it wouldnât match with the box, but the serial number is on the case. When I went back in the for the third time they didnât even help me they just said Jen just left we canât help you. You can go to another store or come back tomorrow. I am very calm person but I have never ever felt this frustrated with anyone in retail.
