United States Postal Service — Local services in Cleveland

Clerks are super rude. Dont speak other then to read their script on whether your package has an explosive in it or not. Checked the website in advance for pricing and it said it would cost $1.60. Was mailing a regular bubble mailer large envelope that only weighed 2oz. Told me my total was $8.00 and didnt explain why. Only after I got the receipt do I find that they charged me for 2 day priority which i didnt ask for. I used my own envelope not their priority envelopes so I'm not sure how she decided it was gonna be 2 day priority. Of course after I get the receipt and found that it said 2 day not ground it is to late because there is no refunds on postage. So $6.40 down the toliet on mailing a large...

October 18, 2022; NO SELF SERVE KIOSK AFTER HOURS ( nearby Lakewood office has a broken kiosk too). Went to two locations around 11:30 p.m. and was unable to buy postage.

They advertise that their lobby is open which it is but they do not have a self-serve kiosk. You can basically just mail stuff out or access your post box. And the cutoff times at this post office for blue box drop off is not midnight, it's 5:00. The only reason to go in there between 5:00 and 7:00 is to actually purchase postage from the counter.

This post office is definitely open till 7:00 but that is the only perk about it. Otherwise they have nothing but nasty reviews that are probably not...

SECOND time in a row that we've come in the evening and they've had a printed paper sign on the door that says they'll reopen at some random time when their hours are till 12 or 10 pm online and printed in white on glass doors. Absolutely ridiculous when the workers look out the glass doors and are cheering and laughing that customers are sitting out here waiting. Wish I could report them to some kind of superior because this doesn't seem normal, it appears to be done without any authority. Otherwise, I would expect these random closing times to be stated online! Beyond inconvenient and...
