Starbucks — Restaurant in Cleveland

What a sad experience! With the exception of the obviously new employee at the cashier taking orders... First off I get it, it's an airport Starbucks, so already expectations are lowered... But wow, I was tempted to warn several people who were looking for the closer of the two Starbucks to stay away from the one I was just at. This Starbucks in the United terminal of Hopkins was a mess.

-i attempted to use stars to buy my drink, the cashier asked for assistance and was given attitude from the other employee -after the 2nd employee carelessly showed the new employee how to incorrectly use stars I was charged for my purchase, feeling her frustration I told her don't worry about it I can use them another time -my order was incorrectly made -the redo of my white chocolate mocha tasted more like a venti steamed milk... Now I was frustrated and just accepted it -mean while, I'm waiting for my pastry that wasn't even made until I asked about it

Not what I expected for $7 coffee...

This is hands down the worst airport coffee experience I have had. 2 staff just left 1 girl to her own devices while the line was out of the coffee shop. They then took over 25 minutes to get to our 2 drinks and kept calling out mobile orders. When I finally got my drink - which was supposed to be oatmilk because dairy makes me sick - it was normal milk and had no espresso in it - which I also paid for. We told them it was incorrect and she “remade” it, did not put the chai syrup in, and STILL used milk. Absolutely unacceptable with how much Starbucks charges to add espresso to chais and for oatmilk. For a sunrise flight, this was garbage to not get to have coffee because the staff failed to adhere to a dietary...

Beside the 2 guys who work there the women are usually super rude and angry all the time. They are always "out" of everything no matter what day, or time of day, or what you ask for. The lines move super slow just so you can get to the front just to tell you they don't have anything you're trying to order. I work at the airport and have repeatedly came to this location and they have never had anything i tried to order. They were "out" today and it's 2:38pm and they close at 7:30pm. Half way through the day and they have nothing. What a crappy location! I refuse to ever spend a single dime at this...
