Inca Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Cleveland

Why wait in line anywhere else? There never was a line here and I figure it is because people just don't know. The coffee, I had an Americano, hand made European style. Delicious smooth taste, and when made by people who are social, nice and friendly,,, that is even better. One of the owners actually works in her own shop, very friendly. They had home/hand made chia pudding, or overnight oats with fresh fruit,,,, NO SUGAR added,,, healthy bites. The also offer power smoothies and healthy drinks. My work had me going in and out of Cleveland several days this last week, and I am so happy to have found them. I hear that there is an Inca Tea Cafe in Cleveland, and I plan to visit them too. Food menu is temporarily disrupted due to the current situation, but I trust it will be back, because the menu looks incredible. Ladies, thanks for keeping me happy and fed these last few days. I like the diversity and the coffee wasn't bad but the woman at the front was incredibly rude. I have never been to Inca tea but was travel and it was by my gate and trust me I don't want to be up at 5:15 anymore then the next person but when I went up to order she couldn’t take her eyes off of what she was doing to even greet me it was "what do you want" I asked if they had anything besides tea again not knowing if there was a coffee option as I’m keeping track of my daughter and her response was "well aside from the whole coffee menu behind me". I apologized for the question and then she continued with the snooty attitude as I ordered the rest of my order. I went to the one in Concourse C. When I got a breakfast sandwich, I dropped it and went back In line. I thought my flight was boarding so I got out of line. When Veronica the worker saw me, she waved me over and asked if something was wrong with the sandwich. 1) I was super impressed she reconized me, and 2) I was impressed she asked if everything was ok. I told her the story, and she insisted on comping the next thing I ordered. WOW! YOU DONT SEE SERVICE LIKE THIS THAT OFTEN ANYMORE!
