I don’t know what this goor review are cuz my experience was bad I send I box to Colombia to some family members first they told me that it was in the border being inspected then they told me that it was delivered, but I was there when supposedly they delivered it and they were lying. It was never delivered so basically either they stole my things that I sent in that box or they threw my box away, but I don’t know what all these good reviews are for when my experience was the worst. It’s been so bad I mean literally I lost everything basically $1000 worth of things in this box and they don’t wanna response for it. They say that it’s not in their hands that this and that just nonsense lies over lies over lies. Answers: I don’t understand how you’re putting that I’m related to somebody. It doesn’t matter if I’m related to somebody I sent stuff in my in that box I spend money to send stuff to Colombia and then you wanna answer that because I didn’t. I’m not physically the one that’s in the box that it was somebody else. What kind of answer is that? What kind of answer is that? It doesn’t matter I can do a review if I want to I send stuff in that box and the person that originally sent it over there needed to receive it didn’t receive it so my money is lost. It doesn’t make sense. Muy descontento.. solo eh enviado 3 cajas por ahi y eh tenido problema con dos . La primera .me la saquearon. Y nadie respobdio. Ni aca ni en colombia..y la segunda..una caja con solo cosas usadas y costo 105 dollares y la retuvieron.. y pidiendo 75 dollares mas para entregarla..y ya hace 20 dias y no la an entregado...definitivamente .no me service mas ni de esta agencies ni de imperio..muy...
