NEVER WILL I GO BACK TOO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! How do you open up a business but you don’t want to make mone? It seems like they have to hire new people. Every time I see fresh meat (Shawarma) in the morning I get it. I go there today 2-2-19 and at first people in the back are just talking to each other and sharing laughs, I wait 10 minutes until someone arrives. He then tells me I have to come back in 10 minutes because it’s not ready. (Regardless if it ready or not you’re suppose to satisfy every customer) I then go back in 10 minutes and another guy comes and tells me I have to come back in 15 minutes, so everyone is playing mind games. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE DON’T GO TO WORK!! I then tell the man “Another guy told me the samething” another guy arrives and tells me I have to come back at 11:30am which was 1 hour away. Moral of the story they’re a bunch of donkeys that doesn’t know to do their job and should rehire new staffs and definitely has to be retrained when it comes to customer service. I’m going to make sure that anyone I know doesn’t come here anymore with their lack of customer service, it’s pathetic. I’ve always bought halal meat from this store, but after recent experiences, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. On one occasion, I purchased marinated chicken, and when I brought it home, the meat was spoiled and smelled bad. Since I live far away, I didn’t return it but called to let them know about the issue.

The next time, I purchased bones for soup and specifically requested bone marrow. However, they switched my order without informing me and gave me shoulder bones, which were useless for what I needed. When I called to address the mistake, they asked me to bring it back, which I did. Unfortunately, the owner (an Egyptian gentleman) was extremely rude and showed no accountability for their mistake. Instead of apologizing, he gave me an attitude over their error.

Because of these repeated issues and poor customer service, I will no longer shop here and cannot recommend this...

Worst place to eat. They overcharge you consistently, calling themselves Muslims. Shame on you guys. There is this Bengali/ egyption/Yemeni guy is the worst and no customer service. Haha. They burned the meat and gave you like this. They increase the prices like they are sitting in Manhattan. Charging people for sauce. Worst ever service. The prices they are charging to the client are super disgusting and at this price drinks and sauces should be included. They are just like Jews.
