Simply put this is the greatest place in New Jersey to buy fabric from of any kind- I would even be confident to say it's the greatest place in the tri-state area to go and buy fabric from! This place is an amazing sight to behold ...the selection goes way beyond what you could even imagine in addition to all that there's a leather selection that would blow your mind...(stuff I never knew even existed). The prices are unbeatable.. and the staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet!!! JUST GO AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF -YOU WILL ONLY WISH YOU HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS PLACE SOONER!!!!!

THE BEST FABRIC DEAL I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I have shopped for cotton in New York, New Jersey, Honolulu - this is the best deal for I have ever seen. Incredibly high-quality upholstered fabric and an entire warehouse of cotton, leather, polyester, and every other type you could possibly imagine. For $24, I got 4 2-yard rolls ($8) + 1 pillow insert ($5) + 1 cotton scrap ($3) + 1 scrap ($1) + a few other scraps. BEST DEAL!! And the owner David is lovely and carried it out to my car. Will absolutely be back!

Mirroring another review, its SO unfortunate that they moved away from public. Still heartbroken over the whole non-public thing, as I was a diehard customer since I discovered it back in 2020 who definitely spent way more than I should've in there haha. Shame, but I have had plenty of amazing hauls here so if you're able to purchase from here (with whatever new system you have to do, I think you have to own a business or something) 1000% come here there is no other store like this. Cheap yardages, high quality. constant specials (like $1/yd if u buy a while bolt), insane remnant bins (I've hauled stuff like a yard of faux fur for $1, you gotta get down and dirty when searching through them its gold), friendly staff, and overall perfection when it comes to fabric stores. Can you tell I'm still passionate...

Update: that 10 seconds was enough to see the attitude and it didn’t feel safe to stay there more than 10 seconds. Plus I was recommended and told by somebody that you do retails.

I came to this place and there was a guy. Idk who that is. They asked me if I had a business, they said they don’t do retails. But the problem is I did not know that and that guy was unnecessarily rude there. It was incredibly uncomfortable for him to act as if I had insulted him. I don't know if the goods are good or bad, but that employee definitely needs a warning about how to deal with the customer. Maybe I'm not a business owner, but I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone I know who owns a business just because of this attitude.
