Took headphone amp here to be looked over as I was only receiving sound from one channel from the headphone out. Received amp back in same condition. Took amp back again with explicit instructions that the amp be tested via headphone out before return. Again, received amp back in same condition (right channel not working). When I called a third time for a refund - I was told that the amp was tested and that channel sound was within 0.5 db of one another. Obviously, this shop did not perform testing at all, or did not perform testing on the headphone line, or they would have discovered that the headphone port still produced no sound from the right channel. After two trips, and being told that the amp was in working order two separate times, I gave up and called someone else.
This company appears to be busy during the pandemic, and while i understand that mistakes happen, it appears they have let their quality diminish.
EDIT - The fact that it took 8 months for the owner to respond is illustrative of the above points, as well as the unfortunate attempts to blame the customer. To be clear, after my in person visits and payments, owner made no attempts to contact me once I decided to stop chasing them to produce satisfactory work.
What I neglected to add in my first review (for mercy more than anything else) was that when the amp was first returned to me, both the front plate AND volume pot fell of in front of the shop the due to not being properly secured.

Poor customer service. Half the work I requested wasn't done. And that was after I tried to ask for other additional work but was getting push back, so I said "don't worry" about this further work. I couldn't get a quote other than "a lot of hours". I just wanted 1/4" speaker jacks installed on a wood panel. At one point, the tech yelled "how am I going to do that?!" when he misunderstood my request. I wasn't charged for the work requested and not worked on though. When I called for an update 8 days after dropping off the amp, I was told the tech working on my amp wasn't there and got a generic answer "he may be waiting on parts, when he knows more he'll let you know". I dropped my Princeton Reverb Limited Edition off on a Friday afternoon and it was done by the following Monday. The repair wasn't just a tube replacement but a deeper problem all together. When I originally contacted the team, I explained the issue and if at all possible to get the job done by the following Friday because I had a gig. When I dropped the amp off, I was assured that the amp should be done in time for my gig, that message was then confirmed later in the day via email, Monday I got the call to pick it up, and could not be happier!
