Once Again Bridal Shop — Local services in Clinton Township

Do not bring anything to this establishment. We entrusted them with my wedding dress here as well as several bridesmaids dresses. I paid $200 to have my dress dry cleaned, and cried upon dropping it off, but thought it was in good hands.

After this point, we never heard anything from this company at all. I went in a few more times to drop off bridesmaids dresses, and never received an update on my wedding dress - but again, they seemed kind and trustworthy so I didn’t think much of it. Their contract states that if the items do not sell, they will contact you and then you have 21 days to pick up the items. I never heard a word from them, nor did my husband - we, along with our attorneys, have searched phone records, text messages, emails, and my husband religiously checks our mail. We never received one word.

At this point the six month mark had long passed, and I became very worried. I called them to pick up my dresses, since if my wedding dress didn’t find a new home, I wanted to leave my dress to my daughter. They said they no longer have any of the dresses … once again, there has been no contact whatsoever - no phone call, no texts, no email, nothing in the mail, which would have started the 21 day reclaim period.

We are devastated over the loss of my wedding dress and we will unfortunately be perusing litigation in this matter.

I had to go to this place for a bridesmaids dress and I was a good sport... The dresses are overpriced - you can get a brand new, GORGEOUS dress from an actual classy bridal store for half the price that these dingy dresses are... Aside of the fact that the dresses are dingy, have a weird odor, and are majorly overpriced, one of the ladies that worked there decided to scream at me and tell me that my kids needed to be quiet so they don't damage the dresses (any more than they already are?). I asked her how screaming would damage the dresses and another lady chimed in, "Screaming doesn't involve running?" So, I laughed and reminded her that she could clearly see that they were not running. The uneducated, heavy set lady then lectured me about taking care of kids and told me that her kids would NEVER misbehave. I don't think someone so... trashy (to be polite), working at a trashy store, should ever insult a paying customer just because I don't weigh 800 pounds like her or because I have a college education unlike her. She was rude to everyone else I was with, as well. Hopefully she'll learn that putting people down won't make her any less revolting. HORRIBLE service - two of the workers were just SO rude, disrespectful...

Worst bridal shop and customer service ever. The lady who answers the phone is rude. I took my expensive gown in to sell — it included a personalized wooden hanger and a nice gown bag that I paid for when I bought the dress originally. I picked my dress up last week and they kept my gown bag, along with the personalized hanger. Instead, I was given a cheap clear plastic bag and basic plastic store hanger. When I simply called to ask if I can have them back, I was given an attitude. I was told that I was given the option to keep them myself or leave them at the store, which was a lie. I was never asked that. The lady then stated that it didn’t say on my contract that I wanted to keep my bag and hanger? Well that also does not mean YOU keep them yourself??? She then says she can check the back of the store but can’t promise anything. This isn’t even about the two items I now have taken the loss of, but the principal of someone unable to run a business professionally and respectfully. Please do not waste your time here....
