Sorry for the lenth of this review, but this must be said: This review is on behalf of my mother who just had a terrible experience at this location earlier today. She is a regular customer and is used to the typical screw ups that this location tends to do. As part of doing buisness she would normally check the order real quick before moving on. Today on April 12th 2022 at 9:26 a.m. my mother ordered some croissants(some with egg, some without, order #186)As my mother went to check the order, a manager named Cassie told her that she handled the order herself and that the order was complete. My mother then said that she just wanted to confirm everything. Cassie then told her to "move it! NOW!" "Get!!!" My mom was now annoyed and said that she wasn't and proceeded to continue checking the order. Cassie then said "if you come back here, we will not serve you!" She was clearly on a powertrip and given that the order was wrong the last 5 times, Cassie was out of line, unprofessional, and has no buisness working directly with customers let alone older folks! Read moreI come to Tim Hortons every morning Monday thru Friday on my way to work... This location is horrible! When they come on the intercom to take your order, they are rude and sound half asleep... Not welcoming at all... This week has been especially bad... 20 minutes long wait times twice this week and a hair in my breakfast sandwich... When I called and told them about the hair, they issued an apology but not a new sandwich or something to replace it... Coffee has not been good in a long time and I spend alot of money a
month going there for it... I have witnessed in the past, staff members yelling and swearing at one another in my presence and other customers presence as well... Some of the women look sloppy in their appearance... Not groomed well at all while representing Tim Hortons... This particular location needs a complete makeover with new staff and a new manager... Also they need to clean up the parking lot of debris and litter and change the overflowing garbage cans daily... I will more than likely not be returning here until correct changes...

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for 2 years and I can tell you from all of my experiences, that firmly believe that they have it in the employee handbook to screw up some detail of your order. Doesn't matter what part of the order, but it has to be something. Double double dark roast? Well we forgot the sugar part of that order. Everything bagel with cream cheese? Untoasted, light cream cheese or cheese on half sounds good to you sir? How about burnt with the proper amount of cheesing? Good coffee? How about last night's coffee heated back up or burnt? Want your coffee to taste of cleaner not fully rinsed? Yup, they've done it. Listen, they suck, the one on Gratiot sucks and Woodward sucks. It's like playing Russian roulette with my order but per item and there are only 2 chambers. I am breaking up with Tim Hortons.
