PACKERS.. business is VERY BUSY.. especially around packing dpt.. many of the workers attempting to keep ORDERS STRAIGHT.. from CALL-in orders supermarkets.. KROGER/MEIJERS R THEIR MAIN SOURCE.. SO R some SMALLER "Chains".. some discounts STORE R CARRIERS of some of their FROSTED breads Workers R constantly packag'g that bread.. moved to the warehouse 4 boxing. .. put on the TRUCKS 4 delivery that SAME day!😉 The Fact that RUSSO BAKERY R pack's bread every hr... GIANT FANS cool'g the bread to be wrapped.. boxed @ the WAREHOUSE... busy place 4 this operation.. THE HRS 4 employees R some.. FULL TIime.. LOT OF OTHER part Time.. Bakery is open to the public 4 a SHORT TIME.. mostly CUSTOMER CALL-in 4 their order. As mentioned.. their FROSTED BREAD IS the MOST POPULAR bread.. SO "TONS" of loaves are made.. FROSTED by a crew of 8😮😉 Boxers stay BUSY during the WHOLE OPERATION.. WHEN IT'S TIME 4 BAKING.. WRAPPING.. EVERYONE STEPS In to do WHAT'S NEEDED... "program" FORCE is in FULL OPERATION.. BAKING.. Russo’s bakery is horrible. Please take it from me. I’ve worked there! The bread is always half cooked, we never wore gloves nor hair/beard nets. no one hardly washed their hands before touching products! (THIS MEANS ICING THE BREAD WITH OUR BARE HANDS!) I’ve seen multiple people bite pieces of bread and still put it back into the bag! They’ll pick WHOLE loafs off the ground after it falls and STILL bag it up to be sold to multiple stores (Kroger’s and Meijers) and multiple little stores. recently a moth flew into a bag and was seen and STILL got bagged, it went to a order named (ED). this place is horrible the bread is old dropped on the floor and the icing in the summer has bugs in it.they have some junkys working there that are carriers of disease.they drop bread on the floor and pick it up and put in back for you customers to eat i know i worked there and thats the truth when people say that.this place should be shut down really.the icing is spread on with bare hands you think they wash they hands they cant even wash there bodies they drink there and act like fools so if you are smart get another bread no joke go work there and see for...
