We wanted a wedding gift specially engraved and upon contacting Tony was able to make an appointment for later in the day. We met with Tony and he worked on our specific design until it was just right, adding his expertise so that the end result was perfect!! He was really professional, helpful and a pleasure to have worked with! We’ll definitely keep him as someone to use for our future laser engraving needs and would highly recommend him! Absolutely amazing service! Extremely patience with me and very accommodating. He was really friendly and works fast. Price is really reasonable! Extremely communicative as well! The wood you can tell is hardy good plywood and stainable! I'm even visiting again because I had a mishap with the piece I'm working on and he is very understanding. I was holding off leaving a review until I have my finished product though it broke but it has nothing to do with Tony's Custom Craft but issue with transportation when gifting. Tony helped me out with some photo Christmas cards that I purchased elsewhere and wasn’t happy with. I called him to inquire if he could cut down some cards that were off center. The printing company wouldn’t respond to me about reprinting them and I didn’t want to send out wonky looking cards. He had me come by the very same day and used his cutting services to cut off a portion of the cards so that the photo in the middle was centered. The cards are perfect now. His rate was reasonable and he was very friendly. Will definitely look into doing business with Tony again...
