Bravado Event Venue — Attraction in Clinton Township

I just had my son's graduation party at Bravado on Saturday, June 28th, 2025.

Here's my honest review:

1. Food: My guests raved about the food. I received multiple texts in the last couple of days repeating what was said at the event. The chef was SO nice! The kitchen was clean (I stood at the door a couple of times to pass something off that needed refrigeration) and they were using gloves and hair was covered.

2. Venue Conditions: The room looked great! Exactly what we discussed. Bathrooms were spotless.

3. Event Coordinator/Hall Manager: Dunia was GREAT! She answered every call, every time. She inherited a bit of a mess from the previous coordinator and she did such a great job balancing between clean-up from the previous individual and getting things done for me. The reviews that talk about "no one answers" are regarding the previous team member that is no longer there. She was hands on during my event. Pitched in with her team anywhere that was needed. She was a definite leader that handled her team with respect and true leadership. She delivered on everything that was promised to me and I appreciate her for it.

4. Bar Staff/Service Staff: Everyone was so nice! They did such a great job and they were just really kind people.

If I had to do my event all over again, i would still pick Bravado...

I had a disappointing experience with the management of this venue. Every time I called, there were noticeable distractions in the background ( kids, side conversations), which made communication very unprofessional. When I requested information about costs, I was told it would only be provided during an in-person meeting. Unfortunately, both meetings were canceled—one of them via text just minutes before the scheduled time, as I was already arriving.

Professionalism is essential when choosing a venue, and this experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential client. I’ve worked with many venues in the past and have never encountered such poor communication and lack of reliability. I’m thankful we decided to look elsewhere. Where do I begin to express how amazing this venue is... It all began with the professionalism of Ms. Taylor Z. Planning my moms surprise party was going to be a tough event to tackle with 2 out of the 4 siblings living out of state but with Taylors organization and her kindness she made it so simple and so easy to plan. She covered all our questions and concerns. The venue was clean, the food was fantastic, and the staff that worked our party ended up becoming part of the family by the end of the night cause they were all so genuine.
