If I could give it a zero I would I have never been so disappointed in someone in charge of so much, mine and a friends babies were in the kids zipper the man had them get in didn't even close the door my 7 year old had to cuz the man started moving the ride with it open still. Then starts the ride with my 7 year old and my friends 5 year old in it without it locks we are yelling other parents are yelling trying to tell him he didn't lock it finally after swinging my arm towards him to get his attention yelling its not locked he reaches up and grabs the bottom on it pulling it forward where our kids could of fell out Lucky they didn't other parents and myself and friend holding our arms up inhopes it they fall to try and catch them then sends them all the way around with it unlocked lucky my 7 year old listens as we telling him to stay sitting back and hold on to the side and a 5 year old in hopes of them not falling out. The running of ride never seem to care at all. So as a parents we asked to speak to someone in charge of worker they send a man who says he owns it to the ride he ran the ride for awhile while we were asked to wait, after 20 mins a asked him if we could talk after explaining what happend he literally told us if we understand how hard it was to get good help we would understand that it's hard to find me and my friend both all we honestly wanted was someone to be aware of the fact he wasn't doing his job right and unsafe nor seem to care he could of hurt our children the (SUPPOSE OWER) we were talking to said he may not care I don't know him, I hired him two days ago and have showed him many times how to do it and thts all I can do !!!! Honestly (SUPPOSE OWNER ) didn't seems to give a (S*) just seem to want us to shut up and go on and leave him alone. As walking around playing games with my young children we heard many of the workers Threaten to shut rides down because teenagers being Teens. some of the game workers seemed so overwhelmed it was sad one girl looked as she could cry. Completely disappointed in our whole experience tonight will never go back I understand being busy and overwhelmed but owner told us they pay the workers $50 a night and most of them don't care well if you don't care you shouldn't be allowing them to put kids in a ride and not paying attention to what they are doing we as a community go to have fun with our family's and instead we spent money on what could of been a life changing situation!!!! Yes THANK DOG our kids are ok but it definitely isn't because the worker was trying it was because my child can listen and every parent who helped yell and get his attention to his neglect, and thank u to every parent who put there arms up incase our babies did fall to try and catch them. As a parent I hope no one has to go through what we went...

Me and my kids absolutely love Anderson County Fair! The only negative part is how much everything costs and how many attractive things they have for kids that costs extra, like pony rides, feeding animals, etc. Certain places like Ace Hardware charges for parking ($5) and then you will still have to pay admission, so its best to park in the free areas, if your trying to save your money. Wrist bands to ride all of the rides as many times as you want is 20 (its cheaper in the long run if you plan on kids riding or you riding)and tickets are a dollar a piece and most rides takes 4 tickets. A ginormous lemonade was 20 and refills are half of the cost of the drink, so my refill was 10. About an hour later I go to get a refill and the lady making the lemonade told the guy it was 25 while the sign clearly said 20. I tried to tell the guy but he didn't pay me any attention so I didn't try to tell him again. Funnel cakes were $7 and totally worth it. Plus, the workers hollering at you to play their game, which is just what the fair is all about. Even though it takes more money than I think it should, it's absolutely worth it! Definitely an event to look forward to all year long! It adds more excitement and fun to our summer! So grateful for our Country Fair! Not having it to go to for the summer of 2020 was a bummer, but having it to come to this year made it even more special! It's something I always was excited for when I was a kid and now I share it with my kids! ...

The local vendors were great. There was so much food you couldn't possibly get to it all. The company that was in charge of the rides, however, was terrible. They only take cash when you get tickets or the bracelet, and without any signs, you have no idea until you wait in line forever. Then they send you to an ATM that charges a ridiculous fee. So it's an obvious trap. Then you have to wait in line all over again. The rides are definitely showing their age, and need to be retired, badly. Many of the workers weren't interested in their jobs, so the lines were longer than they should have been. If they would change ride companies, this would be a perfect...
