Every time I try to eat here, they are out of everything I want. I always choose other things on the menu & feeding my family costs usually $30 or so.. & it NEVER fails that something is missing. I’ll even check my bag & yet I still discover something missing when I get home because I place big orders. Most of the time it’ll be the cheesy roll ups for my youngest so I’ve made it a point to check specifically for those every time. Tonight I got out at 8 months pregnant in the freezing cold, went through the drive thru, checked for my daughter’s food, & drove home only to find not a single nugget in my bag. I scarfed down a taco as I was starved & then drove back. I do not understand how it is consistent to be missing at least one item every single time I go to this place. I’m about over it & will be choosing something else when we eat out or driving to a farther away location. I’ve even tried the app, they’ve got our order wrong on there as well. This place has a bunch of workers with maybe 5 brain cells between them...

I've been going to this taco bell for easily 20 years. Within the past 3 or 4 years it seems that EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru, something is left out. From just an empanada on a large order, which is understandable, to over half the order which was tonights experience (2 burritos, cheesy roll up, nachos, and almost drinks had I not said something.)
The food is usually good. And the employees are nice enough. But the reason for a drive thru is convience, when this one is everything but convenient. I've worked fast food, I know it's mildly challenging. But not putting the correct food in the bad should not be a reoccurring problem. Unfortunately, I'll be calling corporate tomorrow and start going to a different restaurant since management doesn't seem to care enough to fix the problem. Read moreWow. These 2 Taco Bells on this boulevard SUCK!!! It's like asking for a million dollars just to get somebody to give me a DoorDash order. I waited probably 5-10 minutes just to get acknowledged, even though I said, "Sir." to a dude preparing food, probably 2-3 minutes in, and either he didn't hear me or I got ignored, and then however long later, finally the drive thru dude asked me what I was here for, so I pointed at one of the bags and said the name, and then when he was giving me the bag, he threw it down and said, "Have a great night." Wow. What a way to treat a customer's food. If it was my food, I wouldn't really care. But if something happened to the food, they'd blame me first. If DoorDash is so hard for these 2 Taco Bells on this boulevard (or really any restaurant that I go to that makes it seem like it's the end of the world that they've gotta do another DoorDash order), then stop taking DoorDash orders!...
