Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Clinton

Update: hot and ready is apparently a lighthearted hope here, rather than an actual expectation. Expect a 10 minute wait on their "hot and ready" items.

Update: here I sit again, waiting on their "hot and ready" crazy bread. Uncaring lady at the register. At least the place is clean and modern looking now, but why can't they keep things ready? Especially at night when they're obviously not busy. Either keep it hot and ready, or stop saying it.

Update: well, here I am again. Called in my ordero orderrder they still don't have it ready. Air conditioner is out for the second week in a row. This place looks more and more ghetto every week. I wish they would spend some money on updating this location like the Powell location. And to top it off, they're unremorseful about their lack of customer service. Sigh.

Update: lately, they have been efficient and timely and courteous at this location. I've figured out that you need to call ahead, even if it's supposed to be "hot and ready". If you go in hoping for " hot and ready ", you'll be disappointed. If you call ahead, you should have a good experience.

This place is sad. Dingy and dirty looking, employees who act like they couldn't care less. "Hot and ready" is a light-hearted hope here! I'm now waiting 8+ minutes for bread because they need to make it. Not because they're busy and sold it all, though..... I'm the only person here. This would be a good location for a Little Caesars franchise. I've been in good ones, so I know they exist.

Update: I know that Little Caesars is the Peugeot of pizza. However, if you're gonna advertise "hot & ready", couldn't you at least have cheese pizza ready for when I walk in and order one? If I don't order ahead, I consistently have to wait about 8-10 minutes for a cheese pizza. Strive for...

I wouldn't even give one star if it wasn't a forced option .Lets start here 25 minutes for two pizza's that you managed to screw up ? I can get a hand tossed pie for a pizzeria in 15 minutes and not worry about the simplicity of an order like 1 plain 1 pepperoni getting fouled up ? How one gets lost in the sauce with that is beyond me . With eight people in the back one would think things would run smoother . Worst service at this establishment . Hey we got your order wrong wait another 20 minutes and we are going to charge you 89 cents for marina sauce even tho we where the incompetent ones who take 20 more minutes out of your day !!! I will not wait 40-45 minutes for a fast food chain pizza !!!

Well here's my update hahaha ..... Grade a service well folks they did it again some how they still cannot manage to just listen and do your job 1 plain deep dish stuff crust ..... We appreciate the pizza being remade i know u probably dislike your job ... I do not care at all . When you mess someone's order up once ok it happens maybe had brain fart ok your human . But to do it over and over again i'm speechless and clueless on how u manage to tie your shoes in the morning . You gave me a damn pepperoni deep dish no stuff crust !!!! During training did they tell you plain is actually pepperoni or something ??? The round red meat cuts you know just a little hint is a TOPPING therefore meaning if you add it to the cheese , no longer is a plain pizza !!!! They might want to hold training pictures at the prep station for the people who don't understand a plain pizza is DOUGH , SAUCE ,...

If I could I'd give 0 stars..some of the employees are nice and respectful. But most of the managers here are so rude and disrespectful. I went there the other day and they charged me exactly 10$ something for a cheese pizza. Mind you pizza was the only thing I got. Isn't pizza supposed to be 5-6$ only? Also about a month ago I got breadsticks and half of them was as big as a pinky finger. And also my husband filled out an application and they led him on then said come back in 3-4 weeks, but yet they need employees??? They made him feel as if he's not good enough for them. Their ridiculous and need new management. I'm a regular there as well. I go about 2 times a week sometimes more. Probably won't be back. Poor poor service. I also watched them throw 15-20 pizzas away at once.

If I may add. My husband went back here the other day & ordered a cheese pizza a sauce & bread sticks & the man literally charged him $19. He got out to the car & realized that it couldn't be right so he went back in & said that can't be right I want you to ring up (what he ordered originally) again infront of me they gave him a very hard time then finally he did it & it came out to be $12.50. He finally refunded the rest of the money but my husband went through hell getting...
