Factory Connection — Local services in Clinton

Went in this Saturday and was going to purchase 2 hats that were located on a table that said 75%off right by the shoe section. When I notice there was no red markings on the tag, I ended up picking up the other hats on the table to see if they were marked. They were marked 75%off. So, I went up to the register and spoke with Jaz and she said they must of been placed wrong. I said the other hats on the table were marked off. She went over to look and saw the other hats were marked 75%off. She pretty much blamed the manager and i walked out with nothing. Didn't try to help at all.. Very disappointed. She could of got my information and called the manager to check into it. But I guess that was too much...

I wanted an outfit for an upcoming event I'll be hosting at work. I'm plus size and was in hurry. Great prices, but you get what you pay for. Three of my shirts already have holes in them. I bought a kimono last week and the seams are already frayed. The sizes run small. The underwear ALWAYS runs small. The manager is wonderful, though, and will always go out of her way...
