Due to the pandemic, time has become an illusion. As such, our food reserves ran out. Knowing that I had missed every other stores hours, my better half and I agreed to get fast food. Out of our three options we had trouble deciding and narrowed it down to two options. The fates decided to pull us to taco hell at taco bell. We ordered on the app, thinking that would expedite the process. However, upon our arrival at our local taco bell we were met with a group of three people just standing around the parking lot. At 11pm. We failed to notice the warning, and continued to our order. The gentleman taking our order was a bit confused that we ordered through the app, but confirmed our order. When we get up to the window we noticed that the gentleman was not wearing a mask. Upon closer inspection, not a single employee in our line of sight were wearing masks. Or gloves. Upon making it back home my better half noticed that we didnt have one of our items. As we looked more closely, the only correct items we received were the nacho side order and our drinks. Please. For the safety of whoever may read this review do not go to this Taco Bell. The employees refuse to follow basic safety measures. While I have the utmost respect for all our fast food employees, and all in the food service industry, their ignorance and disorganization should not be unnoticed. Please everyone stay safe. Please everyone DO NOT go to this restaurant. My disappointment is immeasurable and my...
Read moreIt took a long time for anyone to take my order I should have known then to go to one of the other restaurants that are within walking distance. But I ordered went to find a place to sit which again should have told me something when every table was dirty after I clean me some place to eat I look around and a family of 4 seem to be waiting for their food it has by now been 15 minutes and still no food as I get to the counter the wife of the family is also at the counter she said they had been waiting 20 minutes. They finally bring the food for the other family as the employee hands her the food the customer stated do you realize it took 20 minutes the Manager (and I use the term Manager lightly) rolled her eyes and walked off didn't even say sorry just walked away at that point I became VERY upset. I stood and waited for my food which took 21 minutes when the staff member handed me my food I asked for the Managers name her name is Jennifer. I could go on about the unsanitary things I seen while waiting but I won't do to the fact that by reading other post you should have a pretty good idea of how this restaurant is being run. As a General Manager of a restaurant myself I would revisit the choice of the management staff because we all know our staff is only as good as the one leading them. Jennifer needs to be trained on how to be professional and care about her guest because you can bet she just lost...
Read moreI went through drive-thru. Had to wait a long time to be recognized. Finally, I said, "Hello?" and a boy said, "What do you want?" No, "Hi! Welcome to Taco Bell." and I said, "I wasn't sure you knew I was here." He said, "Well, I'm working 2 stations!" (???) I ordered and then I asked for clarification cuz the price he rang up differed from the price on the sign. He immediately got huffy and asked, "Do you want it or not?" I said I wanted it at the advertised price. "Sir, there are other restaurants in Clinton. Why don't you go to one of them." was his response. Now a woman comes on and says, "I'm sorry sir. But we can't change the price in here." I replied, "I'm not asking you to change it. I'm asking for the price on your sign." Now, the boy comes back on and says, "Sir, you're arguing with the manager, for Christ's sake! You need to leave!" I said, "I don't want to leave. I just want a Chalupa." Then the woman comes back on and says, "I'm sorry, sir. I'll give it to you for free." By now I'm a little angry and said, "Sure, and that boy is going to spit in my food?!?" I asked her name (Stephanie?) and his name. She said, "I can't tell you that. He's a minor." Funny, since they all wear name tags. At that point, I left and...
