Garrett and Krystal are great and if you’re thinking of buying a mattress (or furniture) this is the place to go! I had been looking online for quite some time for a new bed in my parents guest room. (seeing as I stay there about once a month) I originally wanted a bed-in-A-box situation but wasn’t happy with online reviews and decided I should go with a traditional bed. I looked at some big name stores online and almost decided to take the leap and purchase one. These big name stores were offering delivery, with stairs and removal of the old bed. This was a big plus to me because my parents aren’t able to do that on their own. My mom then suggested we stop by the new mattress place in town and just see what they have, before I make a decision. I’m so glad I did!! No pressure sales from Garrett, a friendly atmosphere and supporting a small, local business. Plus, his delivery guys, Andrew and Cayden were able to deliver the mattresses and box springs (my mom ended up buying too!), take mine upstairs and bring the old, worn out mattress and box springs down AND load them in my dads truck, so he could haul them away. Just so impressed!! I got a better deal than a big name store, everything I was wanting in a new mattress and shopping small and local, with friendly, helpful faces. Got a recliner on financing? Got to my house the recliner is not comfortable. It feels like it leans to one side called to find out about returning it right at 2 weeks of having it, because it's not a comfortable chair, got told that they don't take returns, I called up a couple of days after I bought the chair to get the love seat recliner that rocks was told by Garret Smith that they don't do returns on furniture, they will help you return with the bed, but they don't do returns on furniture unless they have the effective equipment. They're supposed to come out to fix the recliner because the handles are loose on it I was told by Garret Smith that the recliner beings it was a rocker recliner shouldn't have to be to far from my wall it has to be 2 foot away from my wall I am not happy with this company don't like this freaking furniture but can not get an exchange on it can't file with the better Business Bureau because they're not listed with the better Business Bureau I already posted on Facebook so I'm leaving a review here we'll see if they come out to try to fix the handles on this I just want to take the furniture back I will be getting ahold of the finance company to see...

They were great to deal with. BUT the couch and rocking love seat set I got is junk. The rocking love seat hasn't worked right since I got it. When I called they said they would order me a new one and call me when it came in. The couch started to fall apart and when I call back about the love seat they said they forgot about it. They sent someone out to look at it all and found out the both need lots of new parts. But they will only cover a small part of the cost and I have to come the labor and all that. But never heard anything else back. Now I have springs that are popping out the bottom of the cushions and reclining part does not work right. Now I have to pay for furniture that is falling apart. Not very happy. Do not recommend this place for couches...
