Enzo's is hosting Ba Tô Vietnamese Fusion - Oh Em Gee-- MUST TRY! I have lived in Fresno for 15 years and never had food this flavorful. My husband and I tried so many of their dishes (don't judge, you'll keep going back, too!) If you like fresh pork and chicken with some sweet and savory flavoring, this is it, full-stop.

We got the Pork Belly and Chicken Rice Bowls and they were sooo juicy and delicious. The rice ALSO has a surprise flavor drizzle = Layers and Layers of deliciousness.

The Teas were absolutely Excellent - I'm not a "tea person" usually, but once we tried it, we had (several of) the Lavender Green teas, an iced coffee, and an orange tea. The green tea was like a delightfully light dessert. We also tried the Ba Tô egg rolls and sweet Batonana dessert. I only wished I had another stomach because it was all sooo so good. Lol

Everything was extremely well presented and they have excellent customer service. Just get Huy (owner) talking and you'll hear his story and see how much pride he has in his restaurant-on-wheels. He has an incredible story and deep meaning behind his entire design. We had an incredible experience with them (his daughter was working with him) and both my husband and I, each, would highly recommend this place any chance you get.

Cant leave out Enzo's! Enzo's is also a REALLY cool spot to shop at!! We went inside and grabbed several local delicacies to gift to friends 💝💝💝💝💝 Perfect place for authentic and thoughtful gifts!! This is a small dried fruit, nuts, olives, oil and jams shop. They do have some gift baskets and other items as well. First, what we have been able to have are great! Although, If you need to know of included ingredients on packaging they do not have a lot of details for you. We do NEED that, and the employee there didn't even know them either. My child has fructose mal-absorption and IBS-associated with cows milk protein. If you're curious and don't know what it is, Google can help. There are A LOT of ingredients ommitted from the diet. Foods without a lot of processing are great, unless ingredients are added and no one knows what they are. Enzo's: please consider an ingredients list binder for your employees to assist customers better and include ingredients on all of your products (not just a few). Enzo's Table is a local gem! They're probably best known as the food truck corner, with ample parking for some of our city's best food-on-wheels every day of the week. The shop itself is a cute mom & pop trove of local gourmet finds, like flavored oils, nuts & dried fruits, chocolate, and honey. All the products sold here are locally made, which is much appreciated! On more than one occasion, I've stopped here to pick up a holiday gift -- lots to choose from for those who are hard to shop for.
