I’m big on asking questions and seeking clarity when trying out new dispensaries and exploring new cannabis options! I feel that a company should hire knowledgeable professionals who have tested and can stand behind everything they suggest from a personal experience rather than saying what sounds good or what they’ve heard, it’s misleading.
I asked the representative about the tincture and it’s potency and he stated it was significantly more potent than a cartridge, overall he made the product sound good that I purchased it. Worst decision #1. The next day 2 different representatives stated the tincture was not the ideal purchase for me.
Fast forward because at this point that loss is a loss….I return for my 3rd day promotion of buy 2 get the 3rd free. As stated I am big on obtaining clarity for everything especially promotions so I asked the representative “if i purchase 3 gummies and 3 flowers I will get buy 2 get the 3rd free for each?” To me it seems very clear what I was asking because the key word here is AND, rather than OR! I check my receipt upon getting into my car and I notice my promotion is not applied to my 3rd item in both categories, okay no worries maybe it was a mistake because I know what I asked the representative. Only to be told after my purchase was already made that it only applies to 1 category rather than separate categories.

I purchased two of them which should have been $120 straight and simple. Because one strain was on sale which is a completely different sale/transaction I was charged $4 extra. The manager had no clue how to correct this mistake and just no customer service training at all. This falls under false advertisement as you are posting one price and charging another. Prices are getting higher again and the quality is good but Purlife used to have some above average product. Posted is a picture of a competitor who has got the same quality that I found and look at the price difference. I really don't mind paying the higher price as you look at how much I've spent through all the years shopping at Purlife but teach your management better customer service and better system training so they can update mistakes within the system and not lose customers. It was the first time my husband and I went here, we've been to many dispensaries in many states, and the prices here at PurLife are the best we've ever seen-with great quality and selection as well.
