I sent my husband the other night to get me a venti mango dragon fruit refresher with sweet cream and boba he spent probably like $8 that night for my drink I loved it so much so I went the next day to get the same thing and the little dark girl with black hair at the window was very rude. I had accidentally told her heavy cream instead of sweet cream and if she could change it please she scoffed and rolled her eyes and then she brought my drink back and it barely had any boba and I asked her if she could put me more just like my husband had got it for me the night before she scoffed again and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. I didn't want to go back for a few days so I go back this evening to try to order that drink and they were trying to charge me almost $14 for one drink every time I go it's always a different price for that one particular drink I think I will just start going to the other Starbucks in Albertsons! They are all very unfriendly no personality very unwelcoming! (The drink in the photo is how they made it for my husband the night he got it for me.) Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. They deserve it. They take 15 to 20 minutes to make my drink every time I go in there. Which I understand since they're always so busy. So I order ahead. Last time I went in there without ordering ahead I waited for 15 minutes and when I went up there after 15 minutes to ask if my drink was ready they said someone walked off with it. But they didn't make another one or bother even telling me. I had to go up and ask. And then they made another one and didn't even apologize. They made me late to work.Today I ordered ahead and waited 15 minutes before going in and once again they said someone left with it. And once again nobody even apologized to me. They remade my drink and gave me a partially full drink. And made me late to work again. There's no winning with this location. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait 15 minutes for a partially full drink? I know the girl working there did it on purpose. She was petry and rude the whole time. Read moreI rarely post reviews. However, my experience yesterday was absolutely horrible and it was Thanksgiving of all days. I pull up to the drive through window and was not greeted. I was told my total and asked to use my stars, no problem. All the employees were discussing how people should be so thankfuk they were open on Thanksgiving and that they certainly didn't have to be? The lady handed me my first drink then went to hand me a second drink. I ordered a grande espresso Frappuccino with caramel drizzle. There was clearly no caramel drizzle I said oh I'm sorry Ma'am I don't think this has the caramel drizzle I wanted. She huffed and puffed and took the drink back. Never said a word. She came back with my drink and shoved it in my hand and started talking on her headset apologizing for the long wait to the customer ordering. Extremely rude customer service.
