I was browsing the overpriced very small variety of vapes. I could clearly see another gentleman halfway across the store was being assisted but rudely got told by the girl behind the counter that he was first, which clearly I knew but I’m browsing too. So I said okay. Moved away and tip toed around the front counter to take a look at the vapes where another gentleman was standing and got told to move and only one at a time and the girl once again gave me another rude look. It felt very unpleasant and didn’t want to look the wrong way or breathe and get told not to do so, soI left. Normally go to Cloud 9 for my vape products. Today, the item I wanted wasn't in yet, awaiting a shipment, so I went here. Nicely lit, well laid out store. Good impression ends there. Although they had 1 bottle of juice I wanted, the employee wasn't the most enthusiastic about making a sale. Bit grumpy acting as though he wasn't thinking of work, or customer service. Went to checkout, inquired if they had a Military Discount. Guy snidely said only to Active Duty. Guess 24+ years Service isn't worthy at this business. Ignore the name as this is an old email but I have to say hands down the very best in kindness and customer service I have had at any smoke shop I’ve been across the country…being a near 15 year smoker and a good chunk of that time being on active duty I’ve been to a lot of places and hands down have never felt so good about shopping somewhere the selection is amazing products are quality brands prices on “most” things are amazing and even have access to hard to find types of glassware and equipment hands down will be coming here for my smoke gear from now on and can’t wait to pick up the pineapple vortex style gravity piece I’ve been looking for one for years and these guys...
