The Villa Apartments — Local services in Clovis

There are worse places lived here almost 2 years now, seems to always be some sort of issue around here especially when it comes to there 120 degree laundry rooms. Good luck ever finding a parking spot that’s not in your stall if you have a roommate. (No you can’t pay extra for another) and they don’t do anything about the cars literally growing cobwebs underneath them. If you can live with that make sure you get a remodeled version or you’ll pay for it, since they started remodeling they have raised my rent and no updating has taken place in my apartment but I sure do pay for it!!! And there is a huge difference in quality between the two models, on top of that I didn’t even get new carpet when I moved in and am willing to bet I’ll still be charged for carpets.

I love this apartment complex. My wife and I have done our fair share of moving around Fresno, and never did we feel so comfortable right away! Debbie, the manager, made us feel welcome the day we met her. We've been living there over a year already and its been nothing short of great. Plenty of parking. Beautifully maintained grounds. The BBQ grills hooked up to the gas line is a nice plus! All of our friends who have come to see our place love how quiet it is and how homey it feels. We're getting ready to have a baby in October and mulled whether or not we should look for another place to live, but when this place already feels like HOME, why look for anywhere else! The manager is very friendly and accommodating and has been from the start. Landscaping is nice and our neighbors are nice, but particularly loud. That's just the card we were dealt, however. Laundry room can be warm and muggy in the summer and the dryers are not great as I heard from many neighbors and have experienced myself. I definitely recommend living here, but I'd be sure there aren't any college students living right next to you if you have any children that sleep lightly. My only downside that the Villas Complex could fix is to update the laundry appliances. 4/5 stars and great rent pricing considering we live in Clovis. I'd recommend this apartment...
