For me, what describes a very good burger? Well for one, it has to be JUICY and moist!!! Now I love Cheeseburgers, so coming here after seeing all these great reviews was a MUST!!!
This was my 2nd visit here. I arrived around 1pm, and all the tables were pretty much all taken inside. I wanted to sit outside anyways, and all the tables were open and I had my choice. It was a cloudy day with rain was on the forecast. I sat under a huge umbrella, just in case it was to start raining. Thankfully it didn't during my visit.
I ordered The Dragon Lady with Angus Beef and a Spring Salad mix. It was served with their Homemade Spicy Garlic Aioli, House Pickled Onions, Topped with their Signature Teriyaki Slaw. The presentation was most impressive and very photographic, however the beef very much overcooked and very dry. I had remembered after, they never asked me how I wanted it cooked. So, I thought, they must cook all their burgers the same way, WELL DONE. Well if you're going to cook and charge customers for Gourmet Burgers, you BETTER cook them to PERFECTION, right? Now I knew why it took longer than expected to receive my order. Luckily I am big fan of Ketchup and used the small portion they give you to help down the Burger. I did love the Teriyaki Slaw and the my salad.
I was hoping to try some of their dessert to try, after seeing so many mouthwatering pictures. But I was told, all they had was Bread Pudding, which I'm not a fan of, so that was very disappointing. I was thinking to myself, it's Friday afternoon, why didn't they have more than one option?? What are they waiting for, Monday?
The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated though very small. I would not come here during dinner hours because I hate waiting lol The parking could be an issue also during peak hours of the day. There's public parking lots and street parking, but there's more cars than parking spots for all the shops, stores, restaurants and bars in the area.
My Bottom line...Would I go back? No! For $14.00 for JUST ONE DRY ASS burger, Hell NO... There's all kinds of other options for less money, or equal. Had they cooked my burger to perfection, yes I would, but for $14. I will not give them a chance they...

We came for a belated Motherโs Day celebration on a Tuesday night. We all got drinks, Angry Orchard and Alaskan ale, etc. on top of entrees, an appetizer, and an extra meal for my brother-in-law who was working. The total was just over a hundred, which wasnโt too egregious.
Shrimp Tacos- My wife got shrimp tacos. They came with fresh lime wedges and their signature slaw. Described by my wife as โdonโt talk to me please, Iโm eating.โ
Dragon Lady Dog- my mother-in-law got this one. She was hesitant about the teriyaki slaw but she enjoyed the meal, especially the pickled onions. She described the meal to her husband as: โstop stealing it, itโs mine!โ
Juju Bleu- this was my entree. Very creamy and tangy with enough bacon to thatch a roof. I got the spicy garlic dipping sauce which wasnโt too hot or garlicky, but no one would talk to me afterwards and I couldnโt figure out why.
Sliders- My father-in-law chose the sliders. His varieties were: Dragon Lady, Juju Bleu, and Betsy Ross. He named the Drogon, Rhaegal, and the other one, the ice one. He found them very satisfying. He told us, โIโll never be able to finish them,โ when they set them down in front of him, but miraculously he did just that.
Loaded potatoes- I ordered these because I was hungry. The cheese was melted and the potatoes crisp. It was fairly well coated with bacon bits, such that every bite had plenty of chew and crunch! I didnโt finish these by a long shot and can only recommend them as a meal for a small child, rather than a side to an entree.
Flatbread with mushroom, onion, and bacon- This was meant to be our appetizer, but it came out with our food. The bread was chewy, the onions sweet, but not burnt; and the mushrooms slightly crisp. Or maybe that was the bacon? Either way, we found it delicious and perhaps wildly unnecessary, but altogether nice addition.
In total, it was delicious and all delicately smothered in bacon. A...
ย ย ย Read moreGreat spot to eat after some local antique shopping. They were already busy in th middle of the day but we were seated in about 10 minutes. The atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly, lots of people had their kids with them, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining areas were clean and not crowded. The menu was to the point, but it was still difficult to choose, as their selections elicited mouth watering responses from my wife and I. We each chose a burger, a blue cheese with Angus beef for me, and the Dragonlady w a Portobello mushroom patty for Mrs (good vegan options!). You can tell they hand make the patties because the burger arrived as a large slab of beef, not perfectly round, but cooked to perfection. The bleu cheese was amazing, both the sauce and crumbles. The Portobello burger was fantastic and the side potatoes were soft and paired well with their dipping sauces, and I suggest you try them all. The teriyaki slaw as well mixed and tasty, and I'm not a big slaw fan, but went great on the mushroom burger. Bonus points for our server who gave us a to go cup with a refill when we said we wanted one for the road. There were multiple TVs around playing football, and they serve beer, for anyone looking to keep tabs on games. We would definitely return to try some of their other menu items based on what we ate and the service we received. We look forward to doing so next time we're...
