Starbucks — Restaurant in Coalinga

I went to Starbucks on 12/9/24 and the service was disappointing. My friends and I ordered drinks, and she asked for a cup of extra ice. I then asked the employee if stars were used for the order since my app still showed them. After that, the employee gave us one drink and left. I noticed the other cups on the counter. We waited several minutes and were ignored when we tried to get their attention. This made us almost late for our orientation. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been at. Insanely unsanitary, went to the rest room and gross bathrooms. Also the worst service I’ve ever seen. I ordered on the app and they did 4 orders ahead of mine and all 4 came after me. Also they were just talking the only one I saw do anything was the guy in there. Flat out ridiculous . I love Starbucks, I am a regular here that comes w my family of 4 or 5. We came one day and I asked for a drink but they gave me a completely different drink and when I told them they told me they didn’t have the drink I wanted and didn’t even offer a refund or to make another drink.
