MUST READ If you're a minority, just know they most likely will give you the Menace II society "hurry up and buy" treatment.1. I called 2x back to back before arriving and politely asked for a specific bottle. Both times a older lady answered, muffled a answer but immediately hung up in my face both times. DO NOT GO MAKE 2 TRIPS IN AND OUT THE STORE OR ELSE YOU WILL BE PRESSURED LIKE I MENTIONED. I am a paraplegic, so i BOUGHT a liter bottle and dropped off the bottle in my car but returned for a 1L soda a minute later. I came in the sliding doors, made an immediate right, and saw the coolers in the back assuming they were the soda section. By the time i covered the outside isles looking for the soda and ACTUALLY FINDING THE CORRECT AREA (The section left to where the cashiers are facing), a CANELO POSTER CAUGHT MY ATTENTION FOR A SOLID 30 ODD SECONDS which prompted her to start constantly questioning me and rushing my decision making. The older lady made me too uncomfortable at that point with the questions before i could even LOOK and MAKE A CHOICE for soda. The older lady asked me if i needed help. I told her "no ma'am. Thank you." 2 times. Even offered to BUY THE CANELO POSTER. I noiticed NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE STORE. In the process of TRYING to buy the soda, the middle aged man asked me if I WAS SURE the soda was it. And NOTHING ELSE. I replied, "YES SIR, THIS IS IT." HE then decided to mention, "we have the right to not sell to customers who are already been drinking." I REASSURED HIM I WAS JUST FINE TO BUY (A SODA) (after buying the liter). BUT HE immediately followed up with, "You cannot come in the store twice." WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. But other than looking for my desired bottle, WHICH TOOK A MINUTE SEARCHING. I did nothing out of the ordinary that would make anyone want to rush, question OR ASSUME towards a customer in such a manner. Especially right after making a purchase AND RETURNING TO MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE. During the attempt of a transaction, i asked the middle aged man if i could pay with both cash + card, In which the older lady immediately and annoyingly replied "NO!" I ended up leaving w/o purchasing the soda. As i rolled back and reached my car, i turned around and noticed the older lady came out the sliding doors behind me for a split second after me to look at my car to check the car i was driving. Crazy experience. Not a good look at all. Was the closest store that had the specific bottle i was looking for too. Obviously won't come back again. I was nothing but respectful the entire process. But c'mon now. The treatment was out of nowhere. I don't know what this store has experienced in the past, but the treatment is not right...
Read moreOrdered 1 bottle of aperol, 2 bottles of prosecco, and 1 bottle of tequila through Drizly. Friends were wanting aperol spritzes. When they didn't have the larger size bottle of Aperol they just completely removed it from the order instead of substituting a smaller size. This was even with the box checked asking for substitutions if an item is unavailable. Even worse they only gave my driver 1 bottle of prosecco. When I called to confront them about the multiple issues they were extremely rude and said my driver must have stolen the other bottle and that they couldn't give a refund or deliver the missing items. My driver who was extremely nice drove back to the store to defend herself. The manager ended up admitting the mistake finally and gave the driver the missing bottle to bring to me. I had to place a second order for the Aperol and had it delivered later by another driver. I've never heard of a store leaving an item out then blaming the driver for theft. The driver was very nice and helpful and didn't deserve that kind of accusation. The store basically tried to just steal money from their mistake assuming Uber/Drizly would refund the...
Read moreThe store was not busy. We might have been the second set of customers in during the day on a Friday. The shelves are tall, I would guess over 6 feet so there is liquor towering over you. The shelves were full and everything was clean and organized by type of liquor. They had so many varieties. I don't drink, really, so I had no idea that there were that many choices! They have wines on the last aisle facing the coolers. I like Arbor Mist and they are actually a bit cheaper than Walmart and have more choices. They also sell some local beers such as Bishop Cider Co. (Which is really good and I have only found at Central Market). A little further down the cooler, they have already chilled beverages from the shelf ready to go for all of your party needs. They have snacks and even some jello shots! They sell cigarettes, cigars and some novelty...
