I was eating at a nearby establishment around 9:00 PM when my 22-month-old granddaughter began showing signs of having a high fever. I noticed an ambulance in the shopping center area, so I immediately rushed out of the building to follow them. All I wanted was for someone to check her temperature.
When I reached the paramedics, I politely asked one of them if he could check her temperature. He looked at me as if he didn’t understand and appeared completely clueless. If I have to pay taxes or vote for these so-called first responders, I want all my taxes back as well as my votes. I plan to escalate this complaint further.
Fortunately, it was just a blessing that my granddaughter was a patient at the clinic the ambulance was responding to. MD Kids Pediatrics not only checked her temperature for me, but even though they were closing, they still saw my granddaughter. I am truly thankful for this establishment and their care for my baby. Read moreThe women and men who serve here have come to my rescue twice this year. ( 1st time was a neighbor who thought my house was on fire but I was just burning branches that fell after a storm the night before. But at least I had an opportunity to show off my backyard!) 2nd time though was a little serious and I needed medical attention. I'm stubborn as a mule but I ran into the same firefighters that came the 1st time and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have gone to the hospital. No joke, they truly saved my life and I'm forever grateful. ( But hey, when things lighten up after this pandemic I promise to throw a huge all day bbq so hopefully you can all come in between your shifts!) God Bless you all for who you are and what you do. The paramedic's worked diligently in trying to save my husband life and transported him to the hospital. I want to thank all of you guys for your tireless service and indefatigable efforts.
