Boardwalk — Local services in Cocoa Beach

This review is specifically for Happy Palm Stays Unit 401. The unit has some problems, loose faucet fixtures, doors don't latch or lock, dresser drawers open themselves, etc. Nothing big, but causes some headache. However it was very clean, there were no bugs,,at all!, all the appliances worked great, there are a ton of dishes and utencils, and the view is spectacular! We witnessed a launch from Cape Canaveral on the huge 4th story deck! The interior common areas, and the elevator of the building need some renovation, replacement, so are 2 star, but happy palm stay does not control that. Overall, considering the price we paid, for us, this place got the job done. If you are willing to let some minor inconveniences slide, for a comfortable bed, and an awesome view, this...

The room number we were in was 204. When we first got there things were going good with the oceanfront view and the nice rooms. But about halfway through the day when we made it back from the beach.Our vrbo (vacation rental by owner) started flooding from bursted pipes in the ceiling, and the owner was not concerned about my family and I at all.They did not try to get us another room after ours flooded , so we had to spend an additional 300$ on a hotel room down the street. To make matters worse, the owner called us when we made it to the hotel. Not to check in on us, but to ask about where the garage and the room keys were, and what to do with the food leftover in the fridge. The room was also not cleaned when we made it there.
