These people are the scum of the area not a single place for sale in this reality is worth the money they are asking. Every house is hastily slapped together and falling apart with issues just patch so they arent noticeable. Any house any contractor/builder from the area(most of them) has worked on in the area has probably more issues than its worth because everyone in the area is helplessly incompetent and cant be trusted. The houses built in the 1930s up here are better than the mediocre houses on 0.5-5 acres of land that were built in the early 2000s these clowns want 600,000 for in the middle of no where in a dump like pittsburg that offers nothing to its community. It's the same scummy families in the area screwing everyone out of every dime they can and they have been for years. These realtors aren't worth the realty fees they extort their customers out for home that aren't worth half the price...
