Mostly Muffins — Restaurant in Colebrook

Very good muffins in an interesting variety of flavors. The egg sandwich looked like it had too much bread, but the roll it was on was light and fluffy, kind of like a light biscuit (US variety), so the combo worked great. High marks for food. With COVID-19 there's no indoor service or seating, and there were no other customers. Outside in the parking area there were several cars, presumably for the 4 employees inside. It was disheartening to see one of them with two sizable confederate flags on the rear window. Perhaps this place is friendly to certain people, but apparently not...

I cannot say enough great things about Mostly Muffins.

Drive through service is prompt and prices are reasonable. The muffins are amazing and there are TONS of choices. However, they DO sell out, so call ahead and check their Facebook page for what they have.

Lastly... if you haven't had their breakfast sandwiches, it's a must. The rolls they make are perfectly fluffy and hearty. Hard to explain, but you'll know...

i come here every wednesday, im obessed, they have so many great options.
