Stopped by this restaurant randomly after visiting Bever Falls in NH during a trip from Maine. Glad I did! We had the best fried wings combo platter and some very good General Gau's chicken. (I know, not very authentic Cantonese foods, but that was the order, and Li Wah rocked-it.) Regardless of the menu it ma you choose, if you have a chance, stop by and order a lunch platter. Locals are working the counter and the meal we had was great! A very unassuming location, unassuming decor, and even limited-to-no-seating due to Covid. Counter service was polite, understanding, and helpful with an adjustment to the combo items add on. Thanks Li Wah for a very good dining experience, even during Covid times. Read moreI hate that I have to make this review but I must warn others. We ordered $80 worth of food. Chicken fingers, steamed dumplings, boneless spare ribs, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, white rice and pork fried rice. Everything was absolutely disgusting and had zero taste. White rice looked like it was a week old. Chicken fingers were basically just batter, beef teriyaki was dry and tasted so gross. Chicken teriyaki was extremely dry. Boneless spare ribs were coated in some oil? Idk what it was. Then the steamed dumplings were definitely store bought from the frozen section. $80 is a lot of money for everything to be tasteless and gross. We will never order from here again. Linda’s diner is WAY...
Read moreTo begin, the prices are extremely high for the portion size. We ordered a Pu-Pu for 2 with a side of crab rangoons, had to order the crabs separate because they don't come with them. The pork slices were nothing but fat so we had to throw out almost all of them. Our chicken fingers dough was raw as soon as they were broken open (the chicken in one of them was still pink), as were the shrimp & egg roll. The chicken wings were cooked, but very salty. All this for just over $30, I would say don't go...
