Was notified that my prescription was ready. Went to the location I had given the clinic to pick it up which was Houston Levy and Winchester. When we got there the attendant at the window was very nice when she told us there was no record of the script being filled but she would check on it. The prescription was sent the Houston Levy and Wolf River Boulevard just down the road. The attendant said she would be happy to check to see if they had it in stock and to transfer it to our location and fill it for us if we would like. We said sure and she came back and told us they had it and it will take a few minutes to fill but then they would notify us and we could pick it up in a few minutes. This sounded great. I told my wife I hope she still there and not somebody else so the ball doesnât get dropped. Iâd like to complement her for her attitude. We went to Kroger which was walking distance away and were notified in a few minutes like she said. Went back through the drive-through. The helpful young lady was apparently gone and a new young pharmacist told us that they were unable to fill the old script because they only had five capsules but after those ran out we could come back for a second time and get the rest? I told her just contact the original location and tell them we will come and pick it up. We were probably 15 minutes away but was informed buy this pharmacist that the other pharmacy will be closing in 10 minutes. I asked if they could leave it with someone and she said no they donât do that. I ask if they would stay there a couple of minutes after the 8 oâclock so I could get my prescription and she said no they leave at exactly 8 oâclock. I think she was still on the phone with them. Her responses were sorry, short and indifferent, as I the customer was trying to find a solution to this problem instead of her. I explain to her that customers want solutions not apologies and that had we known they couldnât feel the full script we wouldnât of hung around and waited like we did. Again it was just a short, indifferent, sorry. I was a boss and so was my wife but we are both retired now but customer service was huge for us and incompetence was not tolerated. I ask the young pharmacist do you have a manager? The response was yes we do as she stopped there to just look at me. I was now feeling like a dentist who was pulling teeth! Now getting frustrated and with a tone because of the indifferent attitude I ask, is the manager working? She said no. Again waiting each time I ask, will she be working tomorrow or when is the next working day the Supervisor will be here? She said tomorrow. I ask, can you write their name down and phone number so that I can call them? Was she about to go home too? I donât know what was going on with the people in the pharmacy this particular evening or should I say this young lady so as not to blame anyone else, but itâs sad to say Iâve had better service at drive-through fast food lines that are known for fouling things up then on this particular trip to this Walgreens And for the record I wanna make this clear, we have probably wrote 30 or more positive comments to all kinds of businesses when the service was good and we love doing it. It is a rarity for us to get critical like Iâm doing here. But if anyone at Walgreens iin supervision takes the time to read this then it will be worth the effort and time I have put into this if they correct the situation. My wife and I in our professions (which were different). both live by the quote, âcustomers donât want excuses, they want results.â I feel like I was in a restaurant and Ordered a steak and got a burnt hot dog and when I question it to the waiter or waitress they look at me and say, âsorryâ. I gave this Walgreens and I guess the other Walgreenâs too for not waiting a couple minutes to help me out on their mistakes 1 Star because I couldnât mark it lower! I canât see even given 1 star when I didnât get my prescription filled and will now be out my time and efforts tomorrow. Get it together...
Read moreBefore I give this location a bad review, I would like people to know that I have been coming here for about twenty years without any major problems previously. However, I went in last week to pick up a prescription, and I was told that it wasnât available because it was on a truck. I went back today to pick it up. I waited at least ten minutes before anybody even acknowledged me even though somebody was at the window. I was told that it wasnât available. I got out of the line and went in, and the person behind the window said she didnât know what I was talking about though I began explaining what had happened. She told me the medication was put back, but nobody even called me to tell me it was finally there. I asked how long it would take. She nonchalantly said that it would be thirty minutes because they have a lot of shots to do. A person with good customer service would have probably helped me right away since I had already been up there twice to get the medication. However, I have to wait even longer because they have shots to do. Based on the other reviews, I guess nobody there cares about good customer...

I came into the store and checked out but my brother had to go to the restroom so I waited at the entrance with my baby and little sister just looking at the makeup we touched one of the products and she yelled at my little sister and I got very upset because she is an old lady yelling at a kid and then continued to get an attitude with me because I told her something for talking to us like that. I asked her for her manager and he was there the whole time watching her disrespect us. He did not care he just told us to keep shopping. I asked her for her name and she continued to have an attitude I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone to come here it makes me really sad to see someone her age act like that. She made my little sister cry. Do not...
